Return standard

When applying for a return, the clothing label shall not be cut off. It must be the original product that has not been worn or washed.

The original packaging of clothing shall be free from damage and pollution, and the price tag shall not be torn. The secondary sales status is not affected.

Commodity quality problems. When opening the package, the clothes found to be seriously stitched, deformed, unevenly dyed, obviously damaged, and greasy can be exchanged.

All-new. If the goods are worn, soiled, or damaged by anyone due to human errors, or the returned goods have obvious stains or smells, we will have the right not to return them. We will reserve the final decision on whether the goods have obvious stains or smells.

If the customer does not like the product and wants to return or replace it, we do not accept this situation. When accepting the return, we expect the customer to bear the mailing cost, and we do not charge the re-shelving cost of the product.

How do I cancel my order?

Generally, cancellation is supported within 30 minutes of placing an order, but not after 30 minutes because the order has been processed, and the package can not be retrieved. We will process your order cancellation request for you within 24 working hours. Your refund amount will be returned to the order account within 1-2 working days after the refund application is approved, depending on the payment method you used when placing the order. 

Orders longer than 30 minutes will not be able to be canceled because they are already packed and cannot be found in the parcel pile.

Refund

Refunds generally process within 1-2 business days, depending on the payment method. If you need a refund, please contact us in time after the deadline. It should be noted that the shipping fee is not included in the refund, so please check the product information carefully before purchasing. What to do for a return or exchange:

Merchant reason: users need to provide unpacking videos and product pictures. The merchant provides redelivery or refund, and the freight for redelivery shall be borne by the merchant.
Customer reason: If the customer does not like or want the product, we do not accept this situation. If the customer must return, then return postage is borne by the customer; there is no cost of goods re-shelf.
